Life can be a tragedy to those who feel and a comedy for those who think. Thank goodness we are all a little of both. I want to confess my intent with these blogs is to promote a narrative of the wholeness of women. In a sexual politics workshop I took many, many, many moons ago, the content hinted at our capacity to use our whole brains. As women we are able to access the rational part of our brain and also access emotional intelligence. And we are human and subject to getting stuck in ruts. Which can lead us to become the character Eeyore in the Winnie the Pooh stories. “It’ll never work,” he often says.  This judgment of his perspective if replaced with curiosity, could change his whole trajectory. In the memorable words of Cyndi Lauper, "Girls just want to have fun.”
